Lars is the founder of ProjektNord Consulting and brings extensive experience in project management, operational excellence, business improvement, and organizational readiness. He has held leadership roles with Siemens Energy and Siemens Gamesa across platform and product readiness, operational programs, business excellence, quality, productivity, and project management.
Through ProjektNord, Lars provides project management consulting, training, and facilitation built around Nordic clarity, collaboration, and practical application. His approach combines structured project methods with interactive learning and a strong focus on helping people and organizations improve how they work.

Junior Consultant Intern
Antony supports ProjektNord’s growth through market research, business development, and website development. His work has included researching Canadian industries, identifying potential clients and decision-makers, supporting outreach, and turning findings into recommendations, presentations, trackers, and client-facing website content.
He is completing the Master of Management of Innovation at the University of Toronto, with graduate training in strategy, marketing, data analysis, finance, and project management.
