ProjektNord is led by Lars Johannesen, Founder and Consultant, with 18+ years of experience in renewable energy, including senior management roles at Siemens. He has designed project management frameworks and trained over 100 project managers through PMAC and IPMA USA. His approach combines project management expertise, Lean continuous improvement, and a people-first focus, built on the belief that clarity is not just a communication style, but an operational requirement.
